Technical:
Use Mechanical clamping system to control the machine.The biggest advantage comparing with hydraulic clamping system is:the Mechanical clamping system control the complete machine running stable and no oil outlet,no pipe broken.Now Germany frmous brand"HADI"also use Mechanical clamping system,before they use Hydraulic clamping system.
Use heating pipe to melting the lead,and the temperature can be automatically controlled with a range of adjustment.
Use heating pipe to heat the nozzle、mould,display and control the
temperature with pressure meter,with alarm fuction(when temperature too high).
Use cycle water to cool the mould.
The mould use H13 special mould material to produce according to the layout.Using safety interlock,automatically do the folloing:compound mould、casting spine、open mould、push-out(this is one cycle).to promise safety production.
Electrical panel:Use Siemens brand screen and PLC to control,it will display mode and parameters;with Manual and Auto type.And you can enter parameters according to requirements.
